A Tasting Event with Purpose
Corks + Forks, now in its seventh year, brings together more than 600 Portland professionals, trend-setters, entrepreneurs and young leaders for an evening of great food and wine. Local top chefs and wineries are invited to share the best they have to offer in a casual and fun environment. This has quickly become one of Portland's most popular tasting events.
Presented by Classic Wines Auction, Corks + Forks gives you the opportunity to associate your brand with a trusted organization that supports the critical work of nonprofit organizations right here in our community. Classic Wines Auction events benefit five nonprofits: Metropolitan Family Service (MFS), New Avenues for Youth, Friends of the Children, YWCA Clark County, and the Unity Center for Behavioral Health.
Wineries are expected to send 1-2 knowledgeable reps to the event to pour and talk about the wines - providing one case each of four different wines (unopened bottles may be returned to the winery or donated to CWA). Wineries are also asked to provide an item for the silent auction. Please contact us for more details.
Restaurants are expected to provide 650 wine-friendly composed bites, guest-ready by 5pm. Please bring all prep equipment and serving utensils/plates plus serving platters. Restaurants are also asked to provide a $25 gift card for the raffle. Please contact us for more details.
